● Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (Drones)

● Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed

weapons and firearms (Regardless of Concealed Carry Permit)

● Food or beverage of any kind

● Illegal drugs, substances, or harmful chemicals

● Medical marijuana

● Laser pointers, spray paint, silly string

● Fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and

pyrotechnics

● Seat cushions with backs

● Video cameras

● Whistles

● Hover-boards

● Any item that can be used as a projectile or deemed as dangerous

● No pets / Emotional support animals (Only service animals individually trained to perform tasks

for people with disabilities as defined by the ADA are allowed)

● Small bags 14x6x14 or smaller, no backpacks or large bags (subject to search upon entry)

● Prescription medications (checked at entry). Anyone needing prescription medicine at the festival

must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient

name to our security staff at each entrance gate. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of

the prescribed medication for that day. Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited

unless in a prescribed inhaler. Medical marijuana is prohibited regardless of prescription or local

laws.

● Flags (no poles) are allowed

● Empty Hydration packs, clear of all liquid and no more than two total pockets (one reservoir and

one additional pocket)

● One Factory Sealed or Empty Soft Plastic Water Bottle per person (no metal or aluminum)

● Non-aerosol sunscreen, bug spray, deodorant, hand sanitizer, wet wipes,(small/travel size)

● Feminine hygiene products

● Glowing or illuminated costumes or jewelry

● Cigarettes (unopened packs only), vapes, juuls or other electronics smoking devices

● Hula Hoops (including LED hoops), LED whips, pois & orbitals, gloves, microlights, flowlights

● Blankets, yoga mats, sheets, towels, moon mats

● Ponchos

● Misting Fans (small)

● Earplugs

*Items that are deemed to be unsafe, inappropriate, or are being used for purposes other than intended

may be confiscated on site.

Breakaway is rain or shine. In the event of rain and non-severe weather, the festival will continue as planned. In the event of severe weather (including lightning, high winds, tornado, etc), under the direction of local authorities and venue policies to ensure the safety of all patrons, the festival may be postponed until weather passes with no refunds. Should severe weather be present in the area, announcements will be made from the Main Stage PA system.

We will have plenty of food vendors serving delicious food all day, as well as plenty of bars serving non-alcoholic beverages in addition to beer and liquor for those 21+.
