2-day Tickets: You will receive one ticket for BOTH days via email immediately after purchase, to be scanned at the gates

All tickets are sent as digital print passes and sent from tickets@universe.com. The easiest method to enter the festival & scan your ticket will be to save the QR code to your phone wallet in advance of arrival.

Breakaway is an 18+ event. Certain ticket types (ie. Space Deck Terrace) are 21+. Please read each ticketing description prior to checkout to view the age restriction for that ticket type.

VIP upgrades can only be accommodated at the Box Office on the day of the event, subject to availability and prices may vary. Ultimate VIP and Space Deck Terrace upgrades can only be done in advance by emailing sales@breakawayfestival.com.

We will have plenty of food vendors serving delicious food all day, as well as plenty of bars serving non-alcoholic beverages in addition to beer and liquor for those 21+.

Breakaway is rain or shine. In the event of rain and non-severe weather, the festival will continue as planned. In the event of severe weather (including lightning, high winds, tornado, etc), under the direction of local authorities and venue policies to ensure the safety of all patrons, the festival may be postponed until weather passes with no refunds. Should severe weather be present in the area, announcements will be made from the Main Stage PA system.
Breakaway is a cashless event, although some non-food/beverage vendors may take cash as an acceptable form of payment.
ASL Interpreting is provided by request. Requests for ASL Interpreters must be received 30-days prior to your Breakaway Festival. You can email your request for ASL Interpreters to: hey@teambreakaway.com and note “ASL Request” in the subject. Our Accessibility Director will get back to you.
When passing through the gates you will receive a short & respectful screening by a member of the Access Team. A band will then be placed on the collar or harness of your Service Animal. This band is purely a visual alert to all our staff that you have already been screened and ensure that you are not stopped and asked multiple times in the different areas of the event. This tag is only for your ease of movement throughout the festival and is not a credential to get you into the festival. You must have a valid wristband/ticket for entry.
Please Note: You will not be asked for any documentation for your service animal however, all canine service animals (including those from out of state) must have proof of current and valid rabies vaccination on them or with their handlers at all times. Proof in the form of a tag on the canine is not adequate, handlers must have a paper copy from their veterinarian showing valid dates. You may be asked for this upon entry. This is the only documentation that you will ever be asked for by Team Breakaway staff This is for the safety of all of our valued fans.
1. The tag placed on your service animal must remain for the entire event.
2. Your Service Animal must always remain with you & it must be your service animal.
3. Your Service Animal must be under your control at all times and have a collar or
harness and lead.
4. If (for some reason) your Service Animal displays unsafe behavior of any kind, we reserve the right to ask you to remove the animal from the festival.
5. There will be Service Animal Relief Areas around the event. Please stop by the
Guest Services/Info tent for locations. Handlers are responsible for cleaning up after their Service Animal.
6. We reserve the right to facilitate removal and/or refuse access to any animal from the venue if that animal is deemed to be a health or safety threat to festival fans, staff, or other service animals, or in violation of our policies.
