Breakaway is an 18+ event. Certain ticket types (i.e. Space Deck Terrace) are 21+. Please read each ticketing description prior to checkout to view the age restriction for that ticket type.
VIP upgrades can only be accommodated at the Box Office on the day of the event, subject to availability and prices may vary.
Ultimate VIP and Space Deck Terrace upgrades can only be done in advance by emailing sales@teambreakaway.com.

There is no same-day re-entry into the festival.

- Remote-controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
- Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, and firearms (regardless of concealed carry permit)
- Food or beverages of any kind
- Illegal drugs, substances, or harmful chemicals
- Marijuana and medical marijuana
- Laser pointers, spray paint, and silly string
- Fireworks of any kind, including flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics
- Whistles, air horns, and noisemakers
- Hoverboards, one-wheels, electric scooters, and similar items
- Any item that can be used as a projectile or deemed dangerous by festival organizers

We will not hold any prohibited items that fans choose to surrender at the gates to gain entry. They will be disposed of immediately. Breakaway reserves the right to refuse any item deemed inappropriate or unsafe inside the festival.
- Bags 14x6x14 or smaller (no backpacks or large bags; subject to search upon entry)
- Point-and-shoot cameras (no detachable lenses)
- Flags (no poles)
- Empty hydration packs, clear of all liquid, with no more than two total pockets (one reservoir and one additional pocket), no larger than 14x6x14
- One empty reusable water bottle per person (transparent plastic only, no larger than 1 liter)
- Non-aerosol sunscreen, bug spray, deodorant, hand sanitizer, and wet wipes (small/travel size)
- Feminine hygiene products
- Glowing or illuminated costumes and jewelry
- Wearable glow accessories up to 16 oz.
- Cigarettes (unopened packs only), vapes, Juuls, and other electronic smoking devices
- Hula hoops (including LED hoops), LED whips, poi & orbitals, gloves, microlights, and flowlights
- Blankets, yoga mats, sheets, towels, and moon mats
- Ponchos
- Small misting fans

Prescription Medication
- Must be in the pharmacy bottle with a current and valid prescription showing your name, medication name, and dosage.
- The name on your valid ID and prescription bottle must match.
- You must have a valid ID available upon request.
- You may only bring enough medication for one day.
- Excess medication is not permitted.
- Medical supplies requiring disposal should be placed in designated sharps containers at Medical Tents.
- Medications that must be inhaled (such as inhalers) are allowed only with a valid prescription and must follow the same requirements listed above.
Important Notes
- Marijuana and medical marijuana are not permitted in any form.
- Drugs of any kind (including cannabis and cannabis products) are prohibited without exception.
- Food for medical conditions such as diabetes and allergies is permitted. Please see the Accessibility FAQ for additional details.
- Diaper bags and breast pump bags are exempt from the standard bag policy. These bags do not need to be clear and may exceed 14x6x14. They must be soft-sided, have no locked compartments, and are subject to security screening.

We will have plenty of food vendors serving delicious food all day, as well as plenty of bars serving non-alcoholic beverages in addition to beer and liquor for those 21+.
Breakaway is a cashless event, although some non-food/beverage vendors may take cash as an acceptable form of payment.
Breakaway is rain or shine. In the event of rain and non-severe weather, the festival will continue as planned. In the event of severe weather (including lightning, high winds, tornadoes, etc.), under the direction of local authorities and venue policies to ensure the safety of all patrons, the festival may be postponed until weather passes. No refunds will be be issued. Should severe weather be present in the area, announcements will be made from the Main Stage PA system.
